Because printed books are the main media used in this research, this is driven by the demands of students who feel bored when reading. In addition, there is a lack of linking educational material to practical situations. the reasons why students' first reading abilities are below standard. Therefore, students need media that can facilitate letter recognition through randomization variants. Seven steps for researching potential problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, and product revision were used in this research to develop research and development (R&D) using the Borg and gold method which refers to the Sugiono method. development style. Method Material expert validation questionnaires and media expert validation questionnaires were used in collecting data for this research. and confirmation from language experts as well as replies from teachers and student educators. In this research, a qualitative descriptive methodology was applied. According to Mukhtar, researchers utilized descriptive qualitative research methods as a methodology for collecting data or hypotheses for research conducted within a certain period of time. Descriptive statistical analysis is a data analysis method used in this research, which describes the actions of instructors and students during scramble method learning through the learning objectives achieved by students during teaching and learning activities.
